Not a bad beer, had it in hodnruas but its nothing great. A cheap beer thats perfect for sitting on the beach, would drink over any american light beer....but still nothing special.

I think its rather amusing to find this here. When I lived in Honduras for a little while I used to drink this beer all the time. Its not a bad beer for sitting on the beach but don’t expect much. Still, I would take this anyday over a Coors or Miller. It has some metallic tones but rather wattery. The head doesn’t stay too long and the finish is nothing desireable.

Bottle: This space would be a waste with a rating for this liquid, so I’ll use it to recommend you to visit the Copan Ruins, they are worth a tour.

Pours dark golden yellow. Frothy head. Very good on the palate. Skunky smell, but sweet close up. Malt aroma and flavor. Preferred beer of Honduras. Nice surprise and don’t mind drinking this at all on the beaches of Roatan.

Hazy, lemony orangish beer. Green bottle, painted label. Moderately skunky, dusty malt aroma with some biscuity notes. Graham maltiness, tart, moderately astringent, underbittered. Quick, tart, sweet watery finish. Has some central European lager characteristics.

I did enjoy this beer on the sunny beaches of Roatan, Guanaj a, and Utila. Smooth, sweet flavor.
