Mar 1, 2006 I think its rather amusing to find this here. When I lived in Honduras for a little while I used to drink this beer all the time. Its not a bad beer for sitting on the beach but don’t expect much. Still, I would take this anyday over a Coors or Miller. It has some metallic tones but rather wattery. The head doesn’t stay too long and the finish is nothing desireable.

Aug 12, 2005 Pours dark golden yellow. Frothy head. Very good on the palate. Skunky smell, but sweet close up. Malt aroma and flavor. Preferred beer of Honduras. Nice surprise and don’t mind drinking this at all on the beaches of Roatan.

Jun 6, 2005 Hazy, lemony orangish beer. Green bottle, painted label. Moderately skunky, dusty malt aroma with some biscuity notes. Graham maltiness, tart, moderately astringent, underbittered. Quick, tart, sweet watery finish. Has some central European lager characteristics.

Feb 12, 2005 I did enjoy this beer on the sunny beaches of Roatan, Guanaj a, and Utila. Smooth, sweet flavor.

May 16, 2004 Hazy dark golden color with a modest off white head. Plae dry malt with dry hay, light alcohols and DMS. Sweet sour mash and malt flavors. Other hints of vanilla and chalk.
