Bouteille et Canette 355 ml. 4.8%. Couleru jaune clair, mousse blanche. Nez de céréales fraiches. En bouche, goute un peu plus que les autres bières du Honduras. Douce. Bonne

Port Royal has a very thick, creamy head, similar to whipped cream- very unusual, and it leaves behind fluffy and frosty lacing, which when I licked it was thick (again, the cream aspect) and very hop bitter. Carbonation is medium to high. The aroma has an overriding bready aspect, and the taste is a good grain to hop balance, with both being subdued. This beer has a very champagne-like body, not unlike Miller High Life, but lighter. Mouth-feel is light and watery, and Port Royal finishes crisp and refreshing. Overall, this is a very good beer, and I really enjoyed it. RJT

Canned. Pale Yellow in color, minor white head. The aroma is very watery, almost cider like. There is a fresh scent of apples and pears. The flavor is fruity. Apples , a bit watery, a light fresh and sweet aftertaste. Interesting!

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a foamy white head. Very faint aroma of sweet malt. Tastes similar to aroma. Not much flavor to speak of, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. Was just wanting another country to rate, but was pleasantly surprised.

12 oz. green bottle. States on the bottle, Ingredients-Water, barley malt, hops, adjuncts. WTF adjuncts. A very clear beer with barely a tint of yellow, this really looks like water. The aroma is unpleasant but its not skunky. The taste is very much like corn. If beer is liquid bread then this is liquid cornbread.

12 oz green bottle.
Clear golden with a frothy pale white head. Good retention, grainy lace.
Aroma is mostly unoffensive, cereal corn, rice. When first poured it had a touch of skunkiness, but that dissipated rather quickly.
Flavor is similar to the aroma, ceral grain, cream of rice, no hops at all. Honestly, it’s not terrible, not great either, but drinkable.

Not even really sure what to say about this. Bottle from A Southern Season. Pours light clear yellow. Tastes like every other pale lager I’ve had from Central America, for the most part. Sweet corn and grin and watery as hell. Good for the 95 degree day that it was.
