1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle from Total Wine & More in McLean, VA. First rating from Honduras - oh the things I’ll do for a new country tick. Pale clear gold pour with a small white head. Mild honey and grain. But terrible, just terrible.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
This is absolutely unremarkable. A typical central american lager devoid of anything that sets it apart from any other.

1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Bottle - pours light yellow with a decent head. A watery taste with a metallic finish. I didn’t expect much and that’s what I got! I had to add salt just to give it any kind of flavor whatsoever. I guess it’s my own fault for downing an IPA first.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Oops, I didn’t mean for this epic beer to be my 4,700th, but there it is. Pour gold and crystal clear, quite active, with a standard macro-lagery tight white head of foam. The aroma is about what you might expect ... light corn starch and sweet lemon grass. This drinks with a bright and light essence, with more flavor than you might be prejudiced to think ... light and malty sweet, without any sense of funk or mustiness that sometimes unfortunately comes with the poorer varieties of off shore lagers. 1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
This was a suprisingly good beer on a trip to Honduras. The nose is grain and light flowers. The beer is clear golden with a fizzy white head. The taste is grains, a light sweetness, and floral notes. Smooth and a little crisp in a light bodied beer.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Clear gold, thin tan head....
Ohhh, yet another typical pale lager from this region...
I hate to repeat myself, but...corn syrup, flat, grainy...
Apply same to taste and aroma values.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce bottle that poured a light golden yellow, aromas of corn and grass, not much flavor, light sweetness from the corn, but nothing really going on here for the most part.
