1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
(Bottle) Pours a clear light yellow with an average-sized foamy white head. Aroma of grain. Light body, thin texture, metallic finish, somwhat skunky.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle @ Summits Wayside. Yeah, I drank it solely as a novely and the novelty wore off pretty quick. Light gold lagerish color with a fluffy white head wehen poured into a Hennepin tulip glass. Taste was lightly sour, mildly yeasty and slightly malty. Not all that bad but nothing too great either.

1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Clear pale golden/yellow. Fomay white head. The aroma is not good at all, garbage and skunk are the predominant aromas. Usually these crappy "pale lagers" at least have a hint of grassy hops, not this one. The flavor is slightly better than the aroma, some sweetness, maybe. The garbage aroma is just too much for me!

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Light blond color. Simple aroma. Light dry malty taste, with a nice hoppy line (well hidden). Not bad.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Thanks Anne.. I guess. This one pours a golden color with a large big-bubbled fluffy head. The appearance is slightly cloudy and there is slight lacing. Smells like that piss-water Heineken... skunky and actually a little soapy which is strange. Not much here in the taste department, a little mossy, a little hoppy, not great at all. Might not even be good. Mouthfeel is actually nice - body is good and just about perfect carbonation. I wish I could say better things, but this one is not gift from the beer gods.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Standard lager flavor, best when cold and very light bodied. Nothing special but drinkable and thirst quenching. When I got this beer after a long day of scuba diving, it truly was a "life-saver."

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Light yellow color with a white head. The typical wet musty basement aroma, but I actually found the flavor quite palatable for the "bad foreign lager style." It has a body and malts. What more can you ask for? Thanks to mabdoney for the trade.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a Big fat rocky white foamy head atop a wizz colored golden body.
The aroma is somewhat sweet, maybe notes of fruit, apple, peach. Flavor has some bitterness to it, finishes dry and crisp, but oddly enough I can taste some alcohol.
I probably could have rated this beer more descript if I had not just eaten a steak sandwich with loads of A1 sauce on it, Cheers!

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Just doing my part to try out all the crap lagers from all over the world in my contuining hope that they are not all bad. So far I have been wrong. This one was dull and watery, with very little flavor and a grainy, bitter aftertaste. Maybe it would taste better in country.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Another of the Ecuadorian/Honduran/Guatamalan lagers tasted over Labor day Weekend. This was one of the best of the batch, although still a rather grainy standard lager. Surprisingly fresh and crispy. This beer would be refreshing after a long day of trafficking mass quantities of poppy and coca up rebel-laden hillsides, while avoiding CIA/InterPol satellites under the hot Honduran sun!
