2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Total Wine & More, Chantilly 12oz ($2): Pours a golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma is a bit grassy and the like. This is not an offensive beer; instead it is pretty light and grassy. Very drinkable and, to me, it was not in the least bit offensive.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a light medium gold .. decent foam on the pour .. very light lacing .. . corn, corn husk, and dead grass .. . bp down again.. . light sweetness, could use more of a bitter edge to it but its decent .. . . never leave it in the hands of the judges.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 2/20
As far as south/central american adjunct lagers this is pretty low rung stuff. Sweet, nutty, barfy, corny, shitty.

Never had a chance to pour this into a glass but can’t imagine it would make much difference. Wouldn’t bother tracking it down at home but on a beach it’s hard to beat.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
355ml bottle pours a golden color with a small white head that leaves virtually no lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild grains and hops. Taste is light malty sweetness with a light hoppy bitterness and a little skunky. Light in body and moderate in carbonation. Slightly better than a typical macro lager.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: OCT 26, 2011 Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 10/10/11
Aroma: The nose is fairly light with notes of grain and grass mostly
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-yellow color with a fluffy white head and medium lace
Flavor: The taste is much like the nose, lightly sweet and with a subtle bitterness as well
Palate: This one drinks really easily, light and smooth, with a slight crispness to it
My 2nd rating from Honduras! Also, my 100th Pale Lager rating, which is the probably the least exciting accomplishment in all of beer rating. I knew what I was getting myself into here, and I pretty much got what I was expecting. I needed to fill out a mixed 6-pack, and I knew I wasn’t getting anything more then a tick, but it isn’t as bad as the overall reviews would indicate.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This being my first Honduran brew, it compares well with other brews in its class; light, crisp, refreshing. It has a sharp bitter bite up front with a smooth caramel-like mellowed finished. It’s just a good typical pale lager. Darn good companion with my chili-cheese-frito-pie dinner! This brew truly met up with its purpose - quench thirst quickly and cheaply!

bottle. Poured clear pale yellow with a rocky white head. Light sweet grainy aroma. Medium bready mouthfeel, average carbonation. Light grainy flavour with some malty undertones. A little better than I was expecting.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle @ BeerBiker/Scheffel’s 100 countries celebration week (long time ago). In the heat, it could be a nice easy drinkable beer. Could add more hops and it would be an okay beachsnifter!
