fiulijn (10383) - Como, - AUG 9, 2008
Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris; brassin n. 13, brewed May 2008
Hazy dark amber color with red shades. It has a peculiar aroma, something vegetable, very light hop, wood treated with chemicals. There is a light sourness immediately, in the front, maybe a fermentation problem; there is a medium body with some malt flavor and some sweetness; remarkable how the flavors disappear quickly, leaving an empty final. Odd.
