Traditional Gaulish beer, on yeast, unfiltered an unpasteurized, at 6% alc. Produced on malted barley, it is aromatized with seven different plants an a touch of honey, which give this beer an exceptional aroma. Serve this luminous amber beer at between 8 and 12 deg. C, in a wide glass (or a drinking horn) and remember to let yeast fall to the bottom of the bottle. Do not drink more than two or three glasses of Cervoise at a time, and the sky won't fall on your head, in the name of Toutatis!

Bottled. Pours dark golden in color with a foamy head. Nutty and sweeter notes in aroma. Similar nuttyness and a bit dark dried fruity sweetness in taste. Decent.

Bottle. Pours amber with a large, beigehead. Aroma is spruce needles, slight tart berry. Makes you think of christmas. Some christmas spice there as well: Clove being the strongest, but some heather as well. A bit cough medicinal. Taste is a lot of stingy, spicy clove, some caramel and herbalness. General spiciness as well. Light fermented fruit and light alcohol. Medium palate with a lot of carbonation.

Świetne tradycyjne piwo z 7 roślin. Francja tak w tradycji piwnej zakorzeniona że aż trudno uwierzyć. Rubinowo-bordowy kolor, aromat ziół i jakichś roślin, trudno mi zdefiniować konkretnie jakich. Piana spora jak w belgijskim Ale. Słodowo-orzechowy smak i lekka cierpkość na finiszu. Wspaniałe to piwo. Polecam to piwo z Bretonii.

Beautiful deep amber color on this, short creamy head. Aroma of honey, very sweet. Taste is nuts, honey, citrus...very complex flavor. Smooth and delicious, this one I’d like to try again.

Hazy red amber colored beer. Malty, herbal aroma. Tastes a bit thin. Some caramel, nutts, notes of tartness. Hardly any aftertaste. Disapointing.
