Bottle. Pale blonde. Malty, alcoholic, hint of citrus. Rather boring, characterless tripel, but absolutely drinkable and not too sweet.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, spicy and fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, spicy yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20120316]

Cesar limited edition tripel 75dl. Bit hazy, short head. Smells sweet, and tiny bit yeast. Taste is quite alcoholic, with leather / type of other category qualifications, maybe even vanilla. More distinguish thing for this beer is great amount of carbonation, which is semi-OK considering oily texture. Overall fine beer, but nothing I need to hunt.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast and a little liquorice. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, yeast, fruit, high carbonation, little liquorice, hops and a little bitter.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Hazy golden with a big and disappearing white head. Weak fruity and yeasty aroma with a strong CO2 note. Dry and fruity flavour with a yeasty off-note

Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours cloudy yellow with a frothy white head. Nose is yeast, liquorice and spices. Flavor is spices, fruit and alcohol. Warmth. Overcarbonated.

Cesar Tripel is mooi blond en smaakt hoppig en vol met een uitstekende zoet- bitterbalans.

(Bottled) Clear, pale golden with a medium, frothy and lacy head. Grainy-pale-malty, sweet-honeyish and lightly acidic and boozy aroma. Flavor is sweetish-pale-malty with pear fruitiness and a dry-grassy, somewhat solventy-alcoholic finish. Medium+ body, slicky-solventy alcohol, slightly foamy CO2. An otherwise decent, but too boozy tripel. 5336
