Hazy golden pour. The nose is light and a little bit earthy with a kiss of light wheat malt spiciness. Very light palate and a touch of wheatiness. The hops are barely there but they add a kiss of fruit. I don’t really get any ginger character out of it but it is a simple, tasty summer beer.

On tap at C’est What. Pours a clear orange colour with creamy, slightly off-white head. Aroma is strongly of ginger with a little wheat. Ginger similarly dominates the taste. Light to medium body; silky mouthfeel. Not terrible, but the ginger definitely overpowers.

I tried this beer on tap on October 7, 2011 at "C’est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was a tranlucent golden red with a creamy white cap. The aroma was citrusy hops, ginger, and a weak wheat hint. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour started out quite hoppy, however as the beer warmed up, the ginger flavour became a little more dominant.

Tap, pours a light amber, clear in appearance. It was very gingery. It had a nice smoothness to it. it was pretty enjoyable. Not bitter, but it was enjoyable

On tap at C’est What?. Nice citrus aromas, some subtle wheat, and the ginger was WAY over powering. The ginger, was cloying, and took away from the beer. It was refreshing, but the ginger really wore thin quickly.

A golden blonde wheat ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light raspberry and ginger. In mouth, a sweetish malt with nice herbal ginger, fruity esters, some lactic points, apricot notes, lighter bodied. On tap at C’est What, August 7 2010.

[2886-20100528] Tap. Urinal celery floral aroma. Slightly hazy, light yellow brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Sweet yeast flavour has a long fruity aftertaste. Medium body. Nice, good wheat.

Draught at C’Est What Spring Festival, 2010. Pours a clear golden-orange with a small creamy white head and good lacing on the glass. Aroma is quite mild, with faint notes of wheat and ginger. Flavour’s subtle, with light wheat, very light ginger and a hint of hops -- where’s the ginger, it’s barely there? Light to average bodied. Too light and mild for my liking.

Draught, at C’Est What Spring Festival, May 29, 2010. Pale yellow, average creamy white head. Mild aroma, wheat-ish, dried wildflowers and vague pear fruitiness (not much ginger, perhaps a hint of spicy yeast). Taste - there’s the ginger, but unfortunately the malt body is papery and doesn’t hold up - too thin. Average body, mild carbonation, a bit of a harsh aftertaste (that wan malt again) - meh.
