| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 11, 2007 Amber brown in colour, thin off-white coloured head, very light lacing. The aroma is very lightly sweet, not getting very much rye but some sourdough, some stale bread. The flavour has some rye coming through, a light caramel sweetness, lightl roast. Medium sweetness in the mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes long with some rye and a mild bitterness. Not bad but not the amount of rye that I was hoping for.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 12, 2007 Served a whisky/amber under an off-white, creamy and sheet-lacing head. I didn’t find rye in the aroma but berry notes along with some grapes and cheap red wine. Thick & fluffy with the consistency of thinned honey. Flavor finds mild earthiness, berry notes and (I suppose) some light rye bitterness in the finish. Very low citrics. O.K.
