COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION A/S Cēsu alus is the first one in Latvia to offer a beer of new technology – “Cēsu DRY” that is contained in a stylish and functional clear glass bottle. Each bottle has a screwable cap and the bottom part is fitted with an indentation with which it is easy and simply to open another bottle. Dry beer in comparison with other lager beers is made with a longer fermenting process, during it almost all the sugar contained is transformed into alcohol. Dry beer is refreshing and with typically clear taste without any specific and lingering aftertaste.
