COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first live, non-filtered beer in a bottle. This beer is not pasteurized, it contains live yeasts. Taking into consideration the unique character of the beer, that the natural fermentation process is still present within it, the consumption period of this beer is only one month. During the storage period, settling may occur. Recommended to store in a dark and cool place. Formerly 6.2%.

24th Aug 2014: shared bottle at the Midlands meet. Pours an amber colour with a weak, thin white covering. Malty molasses give the beer a sweet nature, aroma and taste. Not a lot of bitterness or hop presence to be found.

Can@midland tasting group. Golden beer with small head. Aroma of malts and caramel. Taste is cereal grain, caramel and malts. Drinkable.

500ml can @ Midlands Tasting Group Aug 14, at Richie’s Hop Palace. Thanks to Sarkynortherner (I think!). Pours deep amber with creamy white head. Taste is grainy, lagery with sweet malts. Passable.

Can. Cloudy deep golden-orange with a small head. Aroma of slightly honey-ish malt, a bit of bread and some vegetal touches. Sweetish malt flavor, a bit grainy, a bit honey-ish, with a bready note, mildly vegetal lager yeast and a slightly drier finish with mild bitterness with a light herbal hint. Medium-bodied. Quite easy-drinking.

Can. Clear orange golden with a decent stable creamy head. Aroma of caramel and biscuit malt, light yeasty and grassy hops notes. Sweetish with malty and earthy hops flavors, mild bitterness. Medium-bodied, smooth mouthfeel, dry and clean finish. Decent and easy drinking.

Can, big stable frothy bubbly head, a little cloudy orange colour, malty honey fruity lager with an empathic medium bitterness. Nice pleasant brew.
