The first live, non-filtered beer in a bottle. This beer is not pasteurized, it contains live yeasts. Taking into consideration the unique character of the beer, that the natural fermentation process is still present within it, the consumption period of this beer is only one month. During the storage period, settling may occur. Recommended to store in a dark and cool place. Formerly 6.2%.

568ml can. Hazy amber with an off white head that’s soon a coat. Aroma of caramel, some plums, bread. Sweet and bready with some singed caramel and a touch of under-ripe plums. Modest bitterness with some pepper at the end. Don’t know whether that slight sourness is supposed to be there, but I didn’t mind it. Pleasant enough.

1 pint can. Slightly cloudy light brown color. Peppermint, caramel, toffee in aroma. Grainy, caramel, sugars, hops? in taste. Mild bitter aftertaste. I have no idea what this tries to be.

(Bottled in September 2012) Appearance: Lovely golden copper colour, slightly cloudy. Small foam head which quickly recedes. Nose: Some hops & fruitiness, then some yeast. Taste & Palate: Fruity and slightly sour attack, medium light body, then some bitterness. Ends with a slightly dry and bitter but quite refreshing and fruity aftertaste, which is short to medium long. Interesting and partly good 1+ year bottle aged unfiltered Baltic Pilsner (or perhaps Kellerbier is more precise) but not quite balanced - too acid/sour. A beer for rich / fat food or alone on very hot summer days.

568ml can from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy amber with initially a large white head, but this dies to a small one quickly. Aromas are grains, cereal, caramel and a bit dusty. More malt sweetness on the taste, and the merest hint of hops coming through to cleanse the palate. Lively carbonation, nearly but not quite cloying. Not bad.

Colore indefinito tra l’ambrato e il biondo, media carbonazione, schiuma effimera, aroma appena percettibile di lievito e alcol. Piuttosto acquosa ha un gusto tuttavia piacevole e rotondo con sentori di pane e frumento.

Pours pale amber with nice white silky-frothy foam, very nice rounded lacing. Aroma - mlat sweetness, pungent sweetness as well, reminds me of malt as in pilsener, a bit cardboard, I don’t feel hops. Taste - sour-sweet with mild bitter and dry finish, medium to long, light pungent, but alcohol in a pure way is not measured. Medium dodied, compoty texture. Finish is sour dominated, but would be better to be bitter. No more.

Tin, 1 pint, 568ml from Grosik Euro Store, Banbury. Hazy amber with white head. Sweet, malty beer with a fruity character, some strawberry perhaps. Perhaps a little thin but there is a definite beery note to it, even a bitterness. Not bad.

Amber i färgen, vitt skum. Doftar maltigt, lite söta toner av honung, hö och lite friskt av gräs. Smakar söt malt, honung gräs, bra bitterhet i slutet. Dock tycker jag inte om den.
