Cask at the Coach & Horses, Norwich, 27th Dec 2007. I always thought the B stood for ’Best’ as Brewery Tap was the ’ordinary’ bitter. Clear amber with a line of foamy head. Subtle malt aroma with some fruitiness. Nutty, malty flavour with a good dry finish. Nice beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 flapjack (14) - ENGLAND - SEP 7, 2006
Straight from the brewery. Good beer with lots of flavour - very hoppy. Dark in colour. I’ve had it a number of times, but it does leave a bad hangover the next day - after only 2-3 pints.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 TheGrandMaster (2313) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 29, 2006
Half pint pulled at the Alexandra Tavern in Norwich, clear amber with a slightly off-white filmy head. A strong strawberry fruit aroma. Very smooth mouthfeel with strawberry flavours combining with juicy malts. Only complaint would be that the aftertaste was a too tangy. Reminds me a little of my favourite drop - Emerson’s Bookbinder.
