COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 100% organic malt and organic Pacific Gem hops from New Zealand. Don't let the light shade of this brew deceive you, it's bursting with ripe hop goodness.

Crystal clear, pale golden body with a clean white head. Some buttery pale malt in the nose well-integrated with a very floral hop aroma. Potent, resinous hop flavor with a slight metallic quality and a some harshness in the finish. Alcohol stays buried. Very dry, resinous mouthfeel. A worthy organic IPA. Draught rating: 7,3,6,3,13.

The cask version was more pleasing and came across with more depth of character due to a subtle yeasty fruitiness and a smoother, creamy texture. Cask rating: 7,4,7,4,14.
