tomciccateri (447), Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA Jan 13, 2008 On tap at the brewpub - pours a deep amber color with a foamy head. Medium-bodied with a pronounced hop bitterness throughout. Hoppy flavor dominates the underlying caramel malt. acrdz (4248), Pennsylvania, USA Oct 27, 2005 Malty, frothy, sweet and fresh tasting. Some good maple, cedar and other woody flavors, fresh and slightly sweet, chewing caramel but without any cheap twang that is common in brewpub amber ales. Good stuff.
