This Belgian-style "white" ale is brewed with coriander, orange peel, and is served unfiltered. Spritzy, spicy, and refreshing.

Draft at brewpub. Pours yellow with prominent orange peel on the nose. Coriander is prominent on the tongue. Clean finish. Nice.

This is Chuggable...I could drink this stuff all day. It is exactly what I feel a Wit should be. Fruity, bubbly and delicoius. I can wait to come back to Chama River

On tap at the taproom, labeled 5.4%, poured a dense yellowish gold color with a lasting whit head. Big corriander aroma and flavor. Medium-bodied mellow wheaty flavor with a soft mouthfeel and slightly tart finish. Smooth and nice.

tap at brewpub-poured a very hazy yellow straw/banana hue with not much of a white head to speak of. big corriander, yeast, lots of lemon with subtle notes of orange. body is medium with proper carbonation. tasty!-lots of lemon, green grapes, corriander and light spice. short tingle on the tongue, which is a good sign that the yeast here is proper. nice work Ted!

Cloudy banana color body with a thick, creamy white head. Clean aroma with a nice blend of floral esters, mild phenols, fresh wheat, yeast, prominent orange and lime. Spiciness comes out in the flavor which is slightly musty, but generally clean. Mostly dry, spicy finish. Nice palatable body with decent carbonation. A good summer session beer.
