Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Clear yellow with no head. Smells of apple vinegar and apples, and tastes like that,even though the finish is rather sweet, it is quite sour for my likings. It seems I prefer the sweeter ciders.

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and with some white bubbles. Apple sourness on the nose, with apple cores. Dry, acidic and medium bodied. Quite lemony sourish flavor, with apples dominating. A tasteful one, but a bit simple. Would be nice with some pork chops I guess. 110820
