Clear deep golden colour with tiny frothy white head that disappears very quickly. The aroma is slightly tart with apples, cellar, apple skin and mould. The flavour is much sweeter than the aroma. Sugary and fruity sweetness and apple. Drinkable but too sweet for me. Not the best Sidras I’ve tasted.

25cl bottle. Sweet, apple and subtle tart aromas. Pours light gold, quite clear, with vanishing white head, no lacing. Light body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is sweet, some tart, sweet aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Bought in Valencia Mercadonna supermarket. Nice aroma and colour, plenty of sparkles, nice bottle with gold label and champagne style cork that came off as i loosened the wire. Far far far too sweet with just a distant acidic taste, lots of bubbles. No, other Asturian ciders not like this one.

25cl bottle. Golden colour with a good initial formation of white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma has apple notes with acidic hints. Flavour is sweet and it has notes of red apples with a slight dry final.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Clear yellow with no head. Smells of apple vinegar and apples, and tastes like that,even though the finish is rather sweet, it is quite sour for my likings. It seems I prefer the sweeter ciders.
