COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We took our flagship Missile IPA and dry-hopped it with over two pounds of organic habaneros that provide an instant sense of heat, and lend a complex spicy flavor that complements the IPA’s bitterness. This brew’s got bold flavors, you guys.

You can smell the hot peppers on the pour. Taste is kind of like a habanero hot sauce mellowed with hops although hops don’t cut all the hotness. The pepper taste lingers on the palate after the finish.

Aromas of fresh habanero, citrus fruit. Clear orange with a mostly lasting white head. Dry, spicy, a little fruity. Medium bodied.

Keg @ Beer Run. Amber pour with a small head. The nose is mellow lime and pickled pepper. Moderate singed grass. A bit of caramel-dipped red apple. The taste is much more aggressive than the nose. Wow. Stinging peppers, pickled veggies. Moderately bitter. Medium body, fine carbonation. Overall, I’m a bit biased against pepper (and elderflower!) flavors in beer. There’s nothing wrong with the execution of the beer, but what’s the point of it?

Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of intense peppers, citrus hops and caramel. The taste is intense peppers and citrus hops. Medium bodied, lingering heat.
