Keg @ Champion. The pour’s a slightly hazy gold with a small head. The nose is mellow baked corn bread. Lightly toasty. The taste is creamy cereal. A bit of golden apple. Nice and supple sweetness. Clean. Very refreshing. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, legitimately impressive. Deceptively simple, eminently drinkable.

Mild toasty, grassy, and floral aromas. Clear copper with a moderate, white head. Dry and bitter, with some metallic, iron-like flavors, as well as some notes of tomato. Light body, crisp carbonation, and with a clean, bitter finish.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear pale golden color with a medium sized creamy head. Good head retention. Aroma of grainy malts, caramel and faint corn notes. The taste is grainy pale malts, hay, faint grassy notes. Medium bodie, very clean and crisp. Quite nice.
