An American India Pale Ale, with firm bitterness and intense citrusy hop aromas. Made with 2-row pale ale malt and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Cascade, Summit and more for the full experience of an American IPA.

Can, Wine Warehouse. Amber with a large frothy off-white head. Smells of grapefruit, citrus, pine, flowers. Tastes of vanilla, citrus, pine, maple. Damn, I like this beer.

Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma has grassy/spicy hops and a hint of grain. Flavor has some spicy/grassy bitterness, sweet maltiness, and a buttery note...earthy. Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is earthy/bitter and a tad buttery. Meh.

Serving: Can. Hazy orange pour with a sizeable off white head. Decent citrus and floral notes in the nose. A little diacetyl in the flavor to go with a decent hop punch. Medium finish. Not bad.

12oz can pours a clear, orange with a ring of white head. Nose has a lot of orange, grapefruit pith too, pine, soap, some mild candy. Flavor follows, big orange peel, grapefruit pith, heavy soap, mild candy, mild malt, pine, vinous. Sticky, bitter finish. Solid beer.

Tap @ Cask Cafe. Dark golden with ample foamy head and decent lacing. I get earth, rubber, pineapple, and white pepper- but all light. Grainy then bitter. A tad watery, nice bitter finish.

From the tap came a golden brew with a light white head. Butter, citrus aroma. Up front sweet malt flavor with a hop after taste that keeps getting up. Med bodied.

Can. Lighter orange pour with a small white head. Tired hops - some citrus, but caramel malt is dominating. Hint of lemon and cardboard. Hmm.

Thanks Grant. I felt like this IPA had some promise but it seemed a bit old. I rated accordingly. Grapefruit and a touch of pine in the hops with some bready caramel malts.
