A traditional sour wheat ale inspired by the German original. Made with wheat and pale malt, this beer is refreshing and quaffable with flavors of sourdough and citrus fruit.

Draft at beer run. Pours pretty hazy hay with a thick white head. Light aroma. Excellent crisp, fresh, sweet, tart. Amazingly refreshing.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2013 Aromas of lemon, chalk, tart strawberry, apple and cereal. The complexion of hazy lemonade, not much head. Tastes tart, almost cider-like. Light-medium body, low carbonation, tart refreshing finish. A beer that drinks like a dry, yeasty cider.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium sized creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat, oats and a tart finish. The taste is toasted wheat, mild nutty notes, bright citrus and a lactic tartness. Medium bodied, refreshing, well balanced.
