Paid $6.99 for a 22 oz bottle at Smily’s in Dover, NH. Sparkling clear gold without head. Aroma is Apple juice and MacIntosh variety apple.

The flavor is very refreshing and clean. Kind of tart and juicy. ManIntosh meets Granny Smith. Real nice cider.

Draft at Willoughvale Inn, Westmore VT. Pours a clear and spritzy yellow with no particles or anything. Nose is of fresh apples, like biting into a crisp McIntosh. Taste is of lightly tart and sweet apple must, down to the apple flesh impression. Body is medium and carbonation pretty high but not botheringly so. Overall a good cider.

Bottle picked up today at the local CoOp. Smells like lemon and apple. Clear as champagne with a little head. Mouthfeel like champagne. Tart appley taste. I’ll definitely buy more. Very drinkable.

Bottle from the cidery. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is light honey, big McIntosh flesh with hints of mild honey sweetness and hints of apple skin. Flavor is similar with big McIntosh flavor blending well with mild honey and apple into the finish. Nice, light-bodied cider.

A pale blonde cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet apple juice, light and refreshing. In mouth, a sweet smooth apple juice with light acidity, very nice. On tap at Skinny Pancake BTV.

Very dry and crisp apple cider. A little similar to champagne but just better. Highly carbonated and lively. Apple notes are subtle but they are inserted into all the right areas. Very refreshing and good. I prefer my cider a little sweeter but this type is definitely okay once in awhile.

12oz Bottle, purchased at Brattleboro Food Co-op - Brattleboro, VT. I drank a couple bottles of this over the weekend and had mixed feeling about it. Originally, I thought it showed a good balance and range of character, but in the end I felt it was a bit too sweet and had a slightly odd flavor to it. The aroma is great, with round fresh apple and minerals. The carbonation level sends out fresh apple juice, busty sweetness, and earth. The sugars really build and a bit of tannins hold them back, but I’d take more acid and a little less of the earthy, almost mushroom-like quality in the finish.
