A pale blonde cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet apple juice, light and refreshing. In mouth, a sweet smooth apple juice with light acidity, very nice. On tap at Skinny Pancake BTV.

Very dry and crisp apple cider. A little similar to champagne but just better. Highly carbonated and lively. Apple notes are subtle but they are inserted into all the right areas. Very refreshing and good. I prefer my cider a little sweeter but this type is definitely okay once in awhile.

12oz Bottle, purchased at Brattleboro Food Co-op - Brattleboro, VT. I drank a couple bottles of this over the weekend and had mixed feeling about it. Originally, I thought it showed a good balance and range of character, but in the end I felt it was a bit too sweet and had a slightly odd flavor to it. The aroma is great, with round fresh apple and minerals. The carbonation level sends out fresh apple juice, busty sweetness, and earth. The sugars really build and a bit of tannins hold them back, but Iíd take more acid and a little less of the earthy, almost mushroom-like quality in the finish.
