Decent amber colour, enough head to get by. Aroma of sweet malts, some alcohol. Taste is malts but is quite watery, some alcohol. Certainly the least attractive of Chandres’ offering.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy amber beer with medium head. Nose is very enjoying on sweet caramel. Aroma is hopy, malty, grainy and yeast like, body is a bit watery but beer is interesting and balanced, peppery hops finish.

This is good stuff. I think it’s 7° and I’ve drunk both 33cl and 75cl bottles. It’s hard to find and I actually buy it in a garden centre !! The brewery can be visited on the 1st weekend of every month.
