33cl bottle (from a trade with Cunningham - thanks!). Pours pale golden with a small white head. Quite weak aroma of malt, fruit and cooked vegetables with hint of hops. Lightly sweet, weak in flavour and quite watery. Some bitterness in the finish. Pretty useless beer unless it’s very hot and you’re quite thirsty and don’t want a beer with too much alcohol. Just a pale shadow of the original Chang.

Bottle. Clear light yellow colour with a quickly fading white head. Aroma of stale beer, Norrlands Guld. Flavour is slightly bitter, boring, watery.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay, grain. Flavour is fruit, malt, hay, grain. Boring beer.

330 ml bottle. Aroma spicy, a bit dusky and some pale malts. Taste is fairly sharp, malty with a bitter?spicy finish.

Mmm, det här var ingen höjdare direkt. Den hade kanske fungerat någorlunda på en stekhet strand eller liknande men i ett kallt januarisverige faller den platt. Kroppen är tunn, nästan vattnig och smaken är tom med svaga inslag av syrlighet vilket är det enda riktiga karaktärsdraget på den här ölen.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, pale malt, sweet malt, cardboard. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruity malt, cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121111]

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of grain, cereal, sugar and vegetables. Malty tasty with cereal, sugar, corn, rice and boiled vegetables. No traces of hops in the finish. Thin body, quite sweet. Worse than most macro brewed Swedish folköl.

As uninteresting as the more alcohol strong big brother. Watery and tasteless without its own identity.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma is very weak, with some grains, fruity notes and wet cardboard. A touch of lemon and grass in the flavor, and a faint bitterness in the very end. Grains too. Thin to medium body, a bit heavy on carbonation, quite dry. Superbly boring. 121111

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt and floral hops. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
