COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Special one-off brewed exclusively for Restaurant Chantecler in Toronto. Brewed with Citra & Centennial hops, and wet-hopped in the casks with homegrown hops from the yard of a friend of Chantecler co-owner Jacob Wharton-Shukster.

Cask pint at Chantecler. Hazy stained wood colour with good sized white head. Great aroma - fresh, a bit floral, juicy tropical fruit, mildly bitter. Soft but full body. Delicious flavour - base beer is well-balanced, and wet hops add a great juicy & fruity character, with notes of pineapple & grapefruit. Dry in back of palate but not aggressively bitter. Super easy to drink - really, really nice!
