Cask conditioned at York Beer Festival ’15. Straw with white head. This proved to be quite a light, malty, grainy beer, thin on the palate, cereal in the close. I didn’t really get the hops. Not great.

Cask, The Salmon. Golden with an off white foam. Aromas are grain, honey and lemon with toasted malts. Biscuit with woody notes and spices. Flavours are biscuit with caramel and white grape. Spicy with mellow grapefruit and a woody, dry finish. Nice.
