12 oz bottle poured into tumbler- poured golden tan, transparent, with a good frothy head that slowly faded away into a thin white ring around the glass. Aroma of yeast and apricot notes. Hits the mouth with a thin body, tart start and middle, apricot noticeable but weak, sour finish. Not really an artificial taste to this one, seems more natural than their other brews.

Bottle. Clear light to medium orange color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apricot, wood, sweat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (101207)

10-2-07 bottle. Golden urine color with an insane amount of bubbles. Smells overly yeasty and garbage like. Very sour smelling - like rotting apple juice. Highly tart finish. Sweet and sour apple juice flavor. Too carbonated and too sweet for me. Do not want to try this one again.

Light orange color, spritzer like high carbonation. Quickly fading white head. Smell is funky musty spoiled yeast (i guess what people call "barnyard" perhaps, some apricot like fruit juice and sugar. Wow, extremely sweet tasting. More like soda pop than beer. Kids would like the taste of this, Id bet. Just smells rancid though. Sweetest beer Ive ever had. Fairly tart as well, which is sort of nice, but too sweet to drink much of. I dumped the last 3/4 of the bottle.

Cloudy amber, large initial off-white head looks actually decent and is the strongest point. Honest apricot vapours walk side by side with a soapy sugariness that is obviously fake. Ridiculously sweet powder sugar meets apricot flavours. Luckily, fake carbonation reduces the sweetness impression a bit, but expect no fun when you enter the realm of the chapeau.

Bottled. Poured clear, orange-tinted apple juice yellow with just a few loose bubbles sticking around for head. The aroma picked up some sweetened apricots, but they came across as stale, and were backed by stale oaky notes.. some soap in there, too.. not good. The flavor was of super-sweetened apricots (fresher, more pleasant use of the fruit, but still stale on the back-end) with old, wet oak and a little barnyard funk in there too.. lots and lots of sugar! This was way too sweet on the palate, muting the nice acidic/tart notes that pop through intermittently.. the stale notes really took away from the enjoyment.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is dishwater, soap and artificial apricot. Flavour is big sugary apricot and paper. Not worth the money.

Im not really getting much flavor from this one. While the is some apricot flavor. The rest has some sugary sweetness contrasted with tart. Not the worst, yet not the best.
