This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of frothy medium sized bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy light orange brown colored body and a oily lacing. The aroma was lambic like dry and smelled of apricots. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of semi-sweet semi-dry apricots. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

(Bottled) Slightly hazy golden color with a small head. Sweet, slightly tart, fruity aroma of apricots and wheat. Pretty sweet and sugary, mildly tart and acidic flavor of apricots and pear. light to medium body with lowish carbonation. A cheap and sweet lambic, but not as sugary as the worst. One of the few Chapeaus with even some tartness in the aroma.

Bottle. Small off-white head that fully diminished, no lacing, transparent, very, very little carbonation, and a light orange hue. Nose was sweet, sour, tart, sugary, syrupy, and apricots. Flavor was the same with some stickyness and dryness. Mouthfeel was smooth, syrupy and dry. Light body. Nothing to write home about with this one.

Pours light yellow...no head. Aroma is monster artificial apricot and sugar. Flavor is similar...except there is a bit of milk and caramel. This beer is for girls. Mouthfeel is syrupy. This doesnít taste that bad...but it is hard to drink...sugar water. Maybe be good to pour over fruit for desert.

Settles as a honey-hazed orange/amber with noticable thickness and a slight head that is quickly a thin halo. Apricot is strong and candied in the aroma after an initial pungence of moldy wood. (This may have been the guise of the yeasty funk I had expected. I was saddened that it did not dissipate.) Thick & syrupy in the mouth with a contradictary astringence. Flavor is at once insanely sweet and tart with pronounced fruitiness and a tannic splash of oak. Mild acids singe like reflux while sourness lingers on the tongue like a Jolly Rancher.

Sampled from bottle. Itís pretty much sparkling apricot juice. A bit of cherry on the side. I thought there should be some lambic sourness to distinguish it more as a beer. There was a touch of bitterness to itís finish. Iíd say itís fine as a fruit drink, but not much as a beer.

A Mes rate: Bottle from Cambrinus in Bruges. Simís mum had it, honestly I did NOT order this. Lots of apricot and sugar and nothing much else. Alarmingly sweet flavour and finish. Its like sugar water with apricot syrup. I thoroughly expected to get to the bottom and find a sugary residue left behind like the end of a coffee. YUK
