Tallahassee, Fl. - Market Square Liquors - 12 oz capped and corked bottle. Murky dark orange pour with a brief thin white head. Aroma of ripened apricots, some toe jam funkiness. Flavor is of course dominated by apricots - more like the dried kind, not fresh ones. Hints of sourness, but not as sour as I like my lambics. Just a hint of vinegary sourness, but turns a but bland and metallic near the end with some barnyard funkiness thrown in there. . Mouthfeel is a bit tired and lifeless. Had better lambics

Golden colour. Curious aroma reminiscent of dates: sweet and oily. Taste is grassy and sweet with a little astringency, but not a lot else. Pretty odd.

From a bottle poured amber with a fair amount of head. Flavor of apricots, but a bit too sweet.

12 oz bottle poured into tumbler- poured golden tan, transparent, with a good frothy head that slowly faded away into a thin white ring around the glass. Aroma of yeast and apricot notes. Hits the mouth with a thin body, tart start and middle, apricot noticeable but weak, sour finish. Not really an artificial taste to this one, seems more natural than their other brews.

Bottle. Clear light to medium orange color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apricot, wood, sweat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (101207)

10-2-07 bottle. Golden urine color with an insane amount of bubbles. Smells overly yeasty and garbage like. Very sour smelling - like rotting apple juice. Highly tart finish. Sweet and sour apple juice flavor. Too carbonated and too sweet for me. Do not want to try this one again.
