Clear darker blond coloured beer with no carbonation and a full average white head. Fruity malty aroma. Medium palate, with some sprankling. Finish is sweet sticky, light sour fruity, dry near the end. Ok

Pours light amber orange with fizzy head with little retention. Sugary sweet nose. Taste and body is like fruit juice. Light apricot, overly sweet. Pass.

Storminorman does it again...thanks, I think?? Clear, light yellow. Aroma of sweet canned apricots and syrup. Flavor is much the same with a thankful(although very very slight)tartness. Better than most in this series!

Apologize for the weak notes...but like the peche, the only thing I noted on this was the sweet, extract like quality of the apricot flavor, which I didnt care for. Notes: Tour de Gueuze ’11

25cl bottle shared with Thompson. Hazy medium orange color, fast disappearing white to off-white head. Smell sugar, sweetness and very clearly abricot! Taste sugar, sweet, abricot, and a weird way too sweet aftertaste. Low carbo, low body.

Fra flaske på Brouwerij De Troch i Wambeek under Tour de Geuze 1 Mai 2011. Aprikosfarget. 0 skum. Aprikosaroma - og smak. God men kjedelig.

(375ml bottle thanks to Mora2000) clear light orange pour with soapy tan edge bubbles. Nose of flowers, roses, earth, apricot, and flour. Taste of coconut, cream, apricot, cotton candy, candi sugar, mildly tart, vinegar, not really offensive like many other Chapeau beers. Not a great fruit lambic either. Some sugar and raw grain mash are present as well.

The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a mix of grain, grass and steamed vegetables. Not the least bit appetizing. Against my better judgment I decided to go ahead and drink the beer. The flavor is heavy on the sugary, sweet apricots with some grain and vegetable notes. The beer is extremely sweet. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not a good beer.
