11-FEB-2011, bottle @home, with Ulkløbben, from "Fish & Beer". Served blind with Chapeau Lemon and Mikkeller Spontankriek. Very light in color with white head. Unpleasant artificial banana taste like "Skumbanan".at the same time sickingly sweet. Is there really a need for a beer like this?

25cl bottle. Oh the horror! Pours a clear yellow with no head and light carbonation. Aroma of bananas and light acidity. Taste is sweet bananas. Thin mouthfeel. Really underwhelmed by these beers...more novelty that serious attempt at quality beer.

This may be the first beer of this profile that I have had. Pours gold with nose of apple juice, ginger ale, and mild banana. Tastes of apple juice, ginger ale, not a great banana flavor, and a bit sweet. Comes of like a shandy variant.

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours clear gold with tiny floaties and weak white head. The aroma is banana cream pie mixing with mild tartness in the background. The taste is pretty sweet with slick sugary malts followed quickly by sweet banana and faint tartness.
