Purchased at Foremost Sunset Corners. 12 oz capped and corked bottle. Golden color, white head. Big fruit aromas. Smells just like a ripe banana. The dark yellow one with the brown spots, yum. Flavor tastes like dried banana chips that come in that little green bag you’d find in the produce department. Sweet and flavorful.

Very impressive. Sticky under the cap, looks like the cork is slowly rising. Hell, stuff is coming out of the top of the cork as I write this. Nice full pop, doesn’t gush, things are looking good. Green banana stem aroma. Tastes sweet like dried banana candy and delightfully effervescent. Juicy midpalate, nectar sweetness disappears to reveal a tart character in the finish.

Clear golden pour, small white head. I really don’t know why the ratings are so low this was right on with what they were going for. Aroma is huge banana it smells so good I almost don’t want to drink it. Taste is obviously the same you get the sweetness most fruit lambics have and it’s bananas all the way, taste just like a banana nothing off about it. I really thought this was a cool beer and different from most lambics being cherries or raspberries.

I did not expect much from this but it was definitely a very positive surprise. The flavor is strongly banana and there is very little head but it last. (Näyttää vähän Pommacilta.) Tickles nicely behind the upper teeth. Perhaps not a very traditional "beer taste" but I?ve already had a retry and I like it. The taste dos not have so much banana as the aroma did. A picnic beer. It says on the label that there is 20% banana in the beer.

At first sniff I thought this was going to be a horrible beer. The aroma was rather pungent and sour, but once you lift your nose away from the glass you get a pleasant ripe banana smell - I guess the key is to not stick your nose in the glass. Was very clear, with a golden-orange color and a thin white head. A very pleasant, sweet flavor with a bit of tartness. You can tell this is a banana lambic, but it’s not sickeningly overbearing. Oh, and for the record... I LOVE banana Runts! They’re the best ones in the bag.

This corked and capped bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of frothy white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy with fine particulate light orange brown colored body and a fair lacing. The complex aroma was malty banana fruity and funky. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The good syrupy flavor contained notes of sweet banana bubble gum and mildly lambic like. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

OK, I love bananas, but I hate banana candy, so I was both excited and scared to try this. It pours a pale orange with a large, fizzy white head that is mostly diminishing. Strangely enough, it doesn’t smell a whole heck of a lot like bananas. I get whiffs of apricot and oak first off, but the ripened banana aroma does come out if you only waft (instead of deeply inhale). Thank God this tastes more like REAL bananas instead of banana candy (AceofHearts: I cracked up at your review, but as someone who also HATED banana Runts, I have to disagree that this tasted like those disgusting bastards). Highly sweet, with a touch of a wheaty tang, the ripened, brown banana flavors are very noticeable, but don’t dominate. Moderately tart and highly carbonated. Hmm...I really liked this!
