Hazy amber coloured beer with almost no head and no carbonation. A hoppy sour aroma. Medium sour palate. Finish is sour. Medium.

Foamy but quickly disappearing head on a hazy body the color of summer wheat. Holy crap, I didn’t think De Troch could make anything this tart. Horse blanket, hay, funk, lemon, and a little barn must. Under carbonated a tad, but exceptionally tart with a mouthwatering lemony sweetness.. Mouth puckering in fact.

Hazy yellow with a bubbling white head. Aroma is mostly sour with notes of rubber and mold with a candy sweet suger to back it up. Flavor is very sour and acidic with notes of grape and white suger. Best from this brewer so far.

375mL 1999 vintage at the Kulminator, Antwerp. Pours a clear light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of green apples, light Bretty sourness. Taste is a little sweaty, some very sour green apples. Serious sour in the finish. Pretty nice.

hazy orange, thick small wihte head.
aroma of wood, stingy sourness, mild citrus, dryness.
flavor is very dry, soruish, citrussy, hay, the citrussy sourness is in centre, and other flavors play a secondary role. refreshing, quite easy drinking. ends more or less as it tastes only milder. uncomplicated for the style.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2010 [9/8/09] Bottle at my hostel in Brussels. Hazy golden color. Acidic aroma with vinegar, funky barnyard and fruits. Sourish flavor with citrus, wood, light sweaty hints and a dry mouth-puckering finish. Medium-bodied. Surprisingly good.
