Poured a flat pinkish tan with a quickly dissipating thin white head. Pinkish tan? I’ll give it another half point for being different. Sweet sweet sweet and slightly beery aroma. Lots of super sweet strawberry in the first couple of sips. Lambic acidity was there after a bit, but you had to look for it. Every sip had tons of sweet strawberry flavor. Unfortunately, like the Chapeau kriek’s cherry flavor, the fruitiness seemed artificial. A bit too much sweetness coming from a beer that I was predisposed to like.

Bottle. Large fizzy, frothy head that mostly diminished, poor lacing, murky, no visible carbonation, and a light brown hue. Nose was artificially sweet, sour, tart, tangy, artificial strawberries, and acidic. Flavor was artificially sweet, dry, sour, acidic, tart, tangy, artificial strawberries, and sugary. Mouthfeel was sour and dry. Light body. Way too sour for my tastebuds and anything but tasty IMO.

Bottle. Red-brown colour, short bubbly head. Sweet aroma of strawberries with a good sourness. Sweet and sour strawberry flavour, quite tasty lambiek actually.

Body is a very foggy brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is strawberries, caramel, white chocolate, honey, yeast, and barnyard. Taste is strawberry jelly with light barnyard, with toffee in the background.
