red-brown colour, few head, strong strawberries aroma, very sweet and sirupy, quite disgusting - not my kind of lambic

Strawberry shortcake supreme! The only thing bad about this lambic is its cloudiness. The aroma - phenomenal!

I have to agree with most, you’d better like strawberries if you’re going to even give this a smell. Strawberries overpower in the aroma, flavor and finish. Lacked the sourness I enjoy in lambics. Quite sweet as others have mentioned.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2004 Light tan colour. Pop-tart strawberry aroma. Extra candy and gum. Lambic? Beer?

The strawberry flavor seemed to ’even’ this lambic which was very pleasant. The more ’even’ taste made it very drinkable.

This was a nice drink. A little sweet, and the strawberries did not seem to sour as well as some other fruits, but still quite a treat. Had a nice bittering which seems absent in some lambics, though not altogether unpleasant.
