Strawberry shortcake supreme! The only thing bad about this lambic is its cloudiness. The aroma - phenomenal!

The strawberry flavor seemed to ’even’ this lambic which was very pleasant. The more ’even’ taste made it very drinkable.

Farmy fruity aroma. Brownish cloudy appearance. Much more like real sour lambic than other fruit lambics. Frabjous and galluptious on the palate. A real treat for the taste buds. Finish? What finsh, balderdash, its all gone! Piss me off. This stuff was really good.

This was a nice drink. A little sweet, and the strawberries did not seem to sour as well as some other fruits, but still quite a treat. Had a nice bittering which seems absent in some lambics, though not altogether unpleasant.

Purplish red in color, cloudy, minimal head and little lace. Big over ripe strawberry nose, hints of malt and yeast, sweet and quite appealing. Very sweet start, light middle, sweet and sour finish, no hops to speak of, astringent, light carbonation. Not a beer I would drink more than once in a while, but not bad. Love strawberries, this ’varimit’ is crammed full, mabye to many for this ’Olde Swiller’.
