1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle. Pours murky amber with barely any head at all. Sweet aroma of cheap strawberry jam. Sour, vinous taste, mostly present in the finish. The onset is that of strawberry jam of modest quality. This is better than the pineapple, apricot and peach varieties, but still far from good.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
In bruges , from bottle
Pours orange, clear , no sign of carbo at all . I get foams on flat lambics , but this ? Not even a single bubble of ’ foam ’ , no gas rising at all . Is it suposed to be this flat ?
Scent is like old , sugar strawberrys . Yet its less than a year old ?
I get a hint of carno in the taste , finaly , no overcarnonation ! Its next to flat , but in this beer , thats a very good thing . Taste is chemixal , strawberry syrup , very ’ made’ taste . Get almost no lambic at all , just a hint of it in the end . Very chemical , i think lemonade is even less sweetened ..

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Slightly pale red colour, white rim. Aroma of strawberry syrup. Sweet syrupy strawberry flavour, strawberry sauce. Finish strawberry jam with some light fresh lambic notes.
Tastes like a sweet strawberry sauce. Too sweet for me but, ehm, think it could make a nice dessert with some ice cream or so..

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
The pour is transparent reddish orange. The nose is strawberry, lemons, vinegar and cotton candy. The taste is sweet, to sweet but has a little tart bump on the end. The mouthfeel is sticky, the body is light and the finish is long.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Here we go, again. A big shhhhzzzz and there it came, crawling out of the bottle as if it was the Djinn who had been locked in the magic lamp, but unfortunately I could not make a wish and it looked more like a snake. A foam snake, again. And you can’t kill them. There’s no remidy against these fast snail-like creatures. It’s alive but it’s not wild, or is it. How the fuck can I have a gusher of this beer out of a 25cl bottle that took some rest before being opened. So it is possible, a Lambic gusher... There goes it’s points, damnit!
A lively big and at first slowly disappearing beige head, it’s airy an sticky but after a while it disappears and the over carbonated or over lively beer keeps carbonating a small lacing on the side. It’s truely alive, what a happy face in that glass, not outside that glass... It does not disappear and there’s some sort of murky almost muddy dark amber colored wet substance underneath.
The aromas are some fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of dust and yeast. Quite easy and one dimensional, but not bad.
Flavours of strawberry, yeast, stone, clay, hint of something glue ish/cleaner ish, caramel, hintnof something light chalky ish, light bitter and a bit more sour. Some malts and sugars aling with some corn and dusty flor tones.
Aftertaste is dusty strawberry, light sour, caramel and some tingy acidic tones.
Medium to fuller carbo, spiced carbonated mouthfeel, medium body and a watery texture.
Ok it’s actually not bad, a gentle strawberry touch with some sparkling yeasty sour tones, but fuck those gushers!

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
25cl , BB 26/04/2014.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from Deeside Drink Emporium. It pours clear pinkish amber with a medium bubbly white head. The nose is sweet strawberry, white sugar, light jaminess and faint sourness. The taste is strawberry, sourness, lightly citric, earth, strawberry sherbet, sugar, strawberry pop tart and the faintest hint of acidity in the background, with a sweet finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and cloying mouth-feel. One-dimensional tangy strawberry beer. Not too bad.
