UPDATED: JUL 11, 2008 Corked bottle. Big fresh rasperry jelly aroma. Beautiful cloudy darker purple ruby color. Taste is raspberry explosion. Average carbonation. Nice for the sweet at heart. Barnyard manure flavors in an old aged barn barrel of crushed raspberries. Perfect sweet finsh, just plain lovely.

Has that lambic sourness mixed with raspberries. Taste is very sweet raspberries and some of the sourness on the finish....not bad, but not as balanced as Lindamans. Was a bit flat in style as well.

Pours murky red with a faint pink head. Lighter on the palate then Lindamans. Sweet raspberry flavor mildly tart, no real sourness to it. I prefer the less sweet lambics, but this is a nice after dinner treat.

Bottle. Sour raspberry aroma with light mustiness. Cloudy ruby red color with moderate head. Sweet raspberry flavor predominates with light tartness and mustiness. Nice sweet sipping lambic but nontraditional.

Beers of europe, 3.5%. Aroma is very rasberry with candy sugar, hints at tart lambic funk. Taste is similar yeasty dustyness from the lambic however too much sugar.

Thanks to akevitt for sharing! Beer had a raspberry ice tea colore with light foam and carbonation. Very nice raspberry aroma and flavor. No too sweet. Had a nice amount of tartness. Very refreshing!
