Gorgeous beer...deep, cloudy, and thick blood red with pink head. Aromas are sweet raspberry juice..sweet raspberry flavours at first followed by a puckering sourness...not bad.

Bottle. Pours a very reddish brown color with a moderate off-white head that quickly disappears. Nose is hugely filled with raspberries, dominating anything else in there. Taste is quite sweet, but manages to be just on the acceptable side. Lots of raspberry with just a hint of tartness coming on the back end. I like it quite a bit, shockingly.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear red to a bit purple color, virtually no head. Smell sweetness and artificial fruitjuice. Taste gave me goosebumps. Sweetness, sourness, artifial. No, don’t like it, not even as a fruitbeer.

Bottle @ benzai. Red to purple colour with a small head that doesn’t last. Smells fruity, yoghurt. Tastes fruity, drink yoghurt, siruppy, cranberry. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Countbeer (2853) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 3, 2013
Bottle: Small ashy brownish light red colored head that changes into a half open/closed thin lacing on top of a clear red colored beer. Aromas of framboise, blackberry, some other (sweet) red fruit, wood malty, light dusty. Flavours of red fruit with a 60/40 sweetness/sourness. Framboise, malts, some raspberry, some lactic sour, some light herbs in the back and a hint of something wood ish... Aftertaste malty with red fruit light acidic and light dry. Low carbo (close to flat), smooth light tingly mouthfeel, good medium body and a more creamy than watery texture. This one is better than most other fruit lambics from chapeau/troch, still not great but a lot more balanced and tastier.

Deep red colour, off-white head. Aroma of raspberry syrup, nailpolish remover, sweeteners, mouldy cheese and old sweat. Sweet flavour, fruit syrup, cherry-cola candy, sweetener, green tomato and some sickly notes. Sweet fruit syrup finish, lingering green tomato and glue notes.
Best before 30/03/13, so it’s close to the date, albeit not over it yet. Still, it warants a re-rate, as it seems off, almost like someone added too much flavourings to the mix. Pitty.

Bottle 25 cl, BBE 10.09.2014. Pours dark red in color with pinkish, fast disappearing head. Raspberries mostly in aroma. Slightly sour, some raspberries and subtle notes of malts in taste. Mild carbonation. Juicy feeling. Works nice as a dessert beer though. Nice tartness and some raspberries in finish.

Color is deep red with a light off-white head. Sweet raspberry aroma with even a hint of cranberry. Flavor is sweet/tart raspberry, a little mild though. I’ve had better framboise, but it’s not bad.

Shag (2439) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - JAN 5, 2013
This poured a pinkish red color with little head. The flavor was of raspberries and maybe a hint of apple. The flavor is not lamic-ish at all just a straight up fruit beer. Tons of raspeberries with a sweet syrupy texture. Overall Cheap-O not Chapeau sums it up.

25cl bottle, BB 10/09/2014.
