it’s almost a fruity rose, when drunk cold. Wonderful realfruit flavour, which they use! Use it’s in dressings, sabayon’s and so on. It’s made with geuze but it’s well balanced in the sweet and sour tasting, and it has a very long aftertaste

Very dark red color with no head and very little carbonation . Aroma and flavor of you guessed it, raspberrys.

375ml. Pours a rose pink/red with virtually no head. Aroma of sweet raspberries, dry cherries, and candy. Why the hell is there cherry in the aroma? Tastes like candy. No funk, very minimal tartness in the flavor. Sugary and fruity. Tastes like watered down fruit punch koolaid.

pink. smells strongly of raspberries. has a light feel-- very carbonated. slightly dry, bitter aftertaste. the flavor isn't as rich, dark or complex as the lindemann's, but it's much lighter, making me want to drink it more quickly.

Deep, nearly opaque ruby with a thin pink head. Nose is fruit alright, but not the tart, sour I want in a lambic. It IS sikeningly sweet by lambic standards--it's more like koolaid than a beer. Give me the Bretanomyces character or just don't brew the beer.

Pretty colour, tasted like a raspberry Lifesaver, which I loved! So clearly I enjoyed this beer. I think the oak casks did effect the taste, some extra nuance here. I liked it.

Well, some have called me crazy, but I swear to our Living God that this smells and tastes like mustard with a slight fruit spice. Not that I think that it’s bad, but unique.

Raspberry lambic at its finest.Once deported by All-Saints in Minnesota, now deported by Noble Union in Texas. I was happy to see this brew in the liquor store again. Not even New Glarus can touch this.
