Big raspberry aroma - real fruit, not artificial. Sharp puckering raspberry taste. Sweet finish. Very refreshing. One of the better framboises I’ve had (nothing can touch 3F of course), and definitely one of de Troch’s better brews. I’ve been looking for this sourness from de Troch for a long time - finally I’m rewarded! (And my next one was the Lemon...)

Warning! Early amateur rating! Sharp, bordering on sour. Very strong raspberry. Sharp acidic finish. Very nice.

Bottle courtesy of dragonstout. Thanks! Pours a dark red/brown and nearly still with some sparse carbonation. Smells strongly of raspberries with hints of sweet and tarteness. Tastes buttery and fruity like a syruppy strong fruit beer with hints of lambic in the background.

Bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid ruby brown with off-white 1f head. Nose is huge fresh raspberries. Nice nose. Tastes very sweet, Jolly Ranchery, with raspberry and sticky berry earthy notes. Sticky, fruity finish.

Beers of europe, 3.5%. Aroma is very rasberry with candy sugar, hints at tart lambic funk. Taste is similar yeasty dustyness from the lambic however too much sugar.

Bottle. Headless ruby body. Sweet syrupy reaspberry aroung with vagues tought of a tartish lambic underpinnings. Flavour is odd, something I can’t place. Sweet strange raspberry with mildly tart chemically undercurrent. Average palate. Underwhelming. Not unpleasant but confounding at times. Shared with Tupalev at Smokeless.

Bottle. Hazy red, small white head that settles quickly. Aroma of sour raspberries and lemon. Taste is more sour than sweet. Actually not bad.

This poured a murky reddish brown with a modest pinkish head. The aroma is those hard raspberry candies that I never liked. A touch of tartness and some mustiness made the flavor only slightly more interesting. This just doesn’t work for me.
