Smells sweeter than Cantillon but is actually less sweet and less sour. Flat and redolent with Brett. Yes, I’m surprised at how good this is (especially at $.99 a pop on sale) for this brewer however I’ve had much better. I’ve had an amazing fruit lambic from de Troch, too. Nose was a winner... on par with the best of the gueuzes. Grassy taste did take away from some of the taste. Overall, it was nice and complex with a great sour ending. fonefan (11989), VestJylland, Denmark
