On a hot summer day, I might enjoy a beer like this, though it right now feels very lemony. Because of the amount of lemon, it feels more like juice then a beer, and it is hard to taste anything else then it for a while. I do enjoy the nice aroma of yeast and citrus, and it takes you back to a nice hot summer day.

not what expected. I’ve enjoyed some of the other chapeau lambics. this just tasted and smelled like lemon concentrate. no real lambic base to it just like lemon extract and water. not good.

It certainly is lemon. I would not call it a lambic or really call it a beer for that matter. The lemon is so overpowering. It tastes like lemon juice concentrate, a little water and a splash of yeast. I imagine on a hot summer day, it might be refreshing (like lemonade).

Bottle @ Issac Newtons. Pours golden with a minimal white head. Aroma of musty yeast, citrus, and lemon. Flavor is overly sweet, citrusy lemon, and carbonation. Thin body, nothing impressive here.
