Small white head atop clear golden/orange body. Plenty of sediment at the end. Aroma is tart, lemon, some herbal/ginger. Taste is sweet (sugar), lemon. Think of candy more than beer. Medium sticky sweet.

Bottled. Sampled at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Dark golden. Lemony juicy nose along with a touch of tequila. Weird. Ultra-lemony, ultra-sweet, and dry. Very acidic.

Massive chunks of yeast suspended in a gold liquid that smells like moldy lemons. This is starting off well. Insert dripping sarcasm smiley here. THe flavor is well, sweet and lemony. This is what cellared lemonade must taste like. There is some mustiness behind the massive sour and sweet front. Puckering but sweet. Very bizarre, though not hideous.

250ml bottle, 3.5% a/v Pours gold with noticeable particulate matter.. im a bit afraid it may have gone bad. No head to speak of really. The aroma is like a crisp white wine and lemon cleaner. Taste is very bitter lemon but turns into a nicer sweet flavour after. Heres to hoping the floating crap doesnt kill me.

Bottle at Aarhus beerfestival: Pours dark golden with a tiny off white head. Aroma is pretty much sweet lemon. Very sweet all around - artificial/one dimensional & doesnt feel like a real lambic!

[1830-20081026] 250mL bottle. Freshly poured plastic lemon aroma and Pledge aroma -- but a house full of Pledge. Slightly hazy, orange yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Sour bubbly plastic lemon juice flavour. Light-medium body is very sour and bubbly. Oddest combination of aroma and flavour but it makes sense.

Pours clear amber with no head. The nose is lemon drops and lemon soda. The taste is pretty much the same. Way to candy-like and sweet. Yuck,

11-FEB-2011, bottle @home, with Ulkløbben, from "Fish & Beer". Served blind with Chapeau Banana and Mikkeller Spontankriek. Very light in color with white head. Slightly sour lemon taste, but at the same time sickingly sweet. Is there really a need for a beer like this?
