Bottle, 20cl. Apple juice colour. No head at all. Strong mirabelle aroma. The flavour is sweet (perhaps too much sweet....) with notes of sirup and mirabelles. Low carbonation. This one must be very fresh to be a decent option. And it’s rather difficult to consider this a beer or a lambic. Maybe just a soft drink, good for hot summer days! My girlfriend enjoyed this one so i’m adding a few extra points.

bottle from Total Wine - like said earlier this one grows on you. The inital smell hinted of something rotten but that faded. Sour blended with the sweetness, maybe too sweet but enjoyable after dinner. My wife loved it. I liked it a little better then the ave 2.48

I wasn’t sure about a plum "lambic" but not bad. Very fruity aroma and flavor. a little too sweet but still refreshing and very drinkable. This fruit choice worked for them.

It pours hazy and brownish yellow, with very minimal head. The aroma is definitely mirabelle, with a slightly rotten fruit smell (not bad), something reminiscent of a still summer day. The flavor is very sweet, some candy sugar, little or no bitterness and a very faint sourness. Palate is great because it manages to convey carbonation with very little or no actual carbonation, ie only through balance of tartness.

Couleur «jus de pomme brut». Sent le cidre. Trouble. Mousse peu abondante mais très légère et pleine de bulles qui adhèrent au verre. Effervescence assez présente à l’attaque, mais la finale est douce et sucrée.
