Bottle @ yespr tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are yeast, dried fruits, candy sugar, caramel, malt and hops. Nice and warming. Hides alcohol well.

Bottle from a shop in Port en Bessin, Normandy. Pours light cola with a 3 finger creamy beige head. Aroma is coffee/anise/raisin. Near med body. Flavor is quite earthy. Suggests chocolate barnyard in a way. The coffee/anise seems to be somewhat accompanied by cacao. It’s dryish and dusty. In addition to earthy. Heat not really detectable except in the throat. Not spectacular, but certainly interesting.

Bottled 330ml. -from Bieres Cultes, Paris. Hazy amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, pleasant spicy nose with whiff of alcohol. Sweet malty, spicy and light caramel fruity taste with moderate strong alcoholic notes. Also mild notes of dried fruits and hops in the finish. Not bad at all.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity. Sweet malty and caramelish. Sweet caramelish and alcohol into the finish.

Bottle. Clear amber color, huge yellowish brown head. Aroma of spiced butterscotch. Taste is similar.

Bottle@Ulfborg. Pours deep golden with an off-white head. Aroma of yeast, dough, malt and sugar. Flavor is sweet and malty with some frutiness, some bitterness and yeast. medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle @ ABCBeers, Dean’s scared of beer tasting. Hazy orange pour, creamy off-white head. Aroma is creamy, spicy and yeasty slightly roasted. Flavor is sweet creamy malts, slightly spicy with some caramel. Quite yeasty.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy amber with tiny impurities and an off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with a load of perfumy spices. Solid body, solid sweet fruit and caramel again with a shitload of perfumy spices. Warming alcohol heat if not exactly boozy. 230212

Bottle from Bieres Cultes. Dark amber body with medium puffy head. Nose is sweet, caramel toffee. Taste also sweet, malty, red fruits. Enjoyable. Nice and creamy texture.

Bottle at yespr. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices and dried fruits. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, spices and liquorice. Sweet finish of liquorice.
