Foggy orange-brown body, nice off-white head that’s quite solid. Soft hop and malt aroma, simplicity. Taste is smooth malts with a bit of spice and a dry finish. Very drinkable, and relaxing, though not complex in the least.

750ml bottle from Plumpjack Beer of the Month Club. This is the Christmas beer from the Northmaen Farm Brasserie in France. This beer was exclusively available through Plumpjack in the USA. It pours a deep copper color with a small white head. Some aromas of yeast, caramel and some faint light fruits. Nice full body with a solid amount of carbonation. Light hop bitterness as well as some citrus/orange flavors. Big and balance malt finish with a touch of bitterness. Nice beer - glad I had the opportunity.
