Pours with a huge head and a stormy sea of bubbles, if the Normandy coast in autumn was a beer, this is what it would look like. Has citrus and hops notes with alcohol on the nose. Nice light grassy taste with caramel, malts, grains, hay. A very good one.

Cloudy amber beer. No head and low carbonation. Crisp palate though! Sweetich malt with subtle peach and strawberry. Semi dry sweetish malt finish. A somewhat odd beer, watery for it’s strength!

Bought at the Cave a Bulles. Murky golden body, clearly not a rousse. And it doesn’t seem that it only happened to me. Quality control ftw. Gluey sweet chalky nose with some lime. Light Belgian banana taste. A fistful of beet. Dry, bitterish and ashy. Some banana thought too. Didn’ t like it that much, And should probably move the rating to the Blonde.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a pale amber with a slight haze and an off-white head. Astringent, fruity and yeasty nose. Medium body, fruity, phenollic and yeasty - but it works. Dry finish with hardly any hops. 100110
