COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Chappell Brewery is a small "Nanobrewery" established in 2009 to service the local area with quality craft brews. Chappell Brewery is located in Mariopsa California which is a quaint community in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the way to Yosemite National Park. Porter style ales have moderately strong malt flavor usually features a lightly burnt, black malt character (and sometime chocolate and/or coffee flavors) with a bit of roasty dryness in the finish.

A - pours dark brown with low off white head. No lacing. S - extremely medicinal, cherry cough syrup, brown sugar. Tangy over ripe strawberry banana fake flavor. M - very watery mf, weak palate with a weird tangy smokey abrupt end. T - very medicine and metallic. Cherry cough syrup, fake staw/banana candy. Smoke, chocolate, and brown sugar.
